Open the Business Switcher in the sidebar, type the new business name, and click Create. Then fill in its bank account, logo, and GST number in Settings.

A few things worth knowing
Multi-business is available on the Growth plan ($29/month). Free and Pro accounts operate with a single business as normal.
Invoices from different businesses carry separate numbering sequences — no gaps or conflicts.
Each business can connect its own Stripe account for card payments.
Client-facing invoices and quotes show "Powered by Invio" regardless of which business is active — this is per Invio's standard terms.
You can add as many businesses as you need. There is no hard cap per account.
